The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident in the basic, yet comfortable amenities provided in the rooms, including a fridge with bottled water and a bathtub with shower. The location near the beach is a major plus, allowing for a short walk to enjoy the beautiful Pattaya Beach. The friendly staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

-The location was good, as well as the breakfast, even though the french toast and eggs were quite cold
The staff was really unfriendly and not helpful, it was noticeable that they were not in the mood to work. Further they tired to keep the deposit money for the key, because the signature was not exactly the same than the day before. Moreover one of the rooms was not clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it was a great experience. The location, just steps away from the beach road, was perfect for me. I loved being able to easily access all the happening places in the area. The rooms were spacious and even had a balcony, which was a nice touch. The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, making me feel like I was receiving top-notch service. Another great aspect was the breakfast, which was included in the stay. It was a great way to start my day and fuel up for exploring the city. this hotel really exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money, attention to detail, and basic amenities.
All was fantastic, nothing to improve.

Totally obsessed with the fact that Sawasdee Sea View was THAT near the beach. 3 minutes walk to the beach~!... and 20-30 mins walk to Walking Street.
Although the physical location of the hotel is 3 mins away... Guests won't get much 'sea' view from the hotel rooms unless you stretch your head out of the window. The rooms faces other resorts/hotels. Still, this is no cause for concern as we can always walk to the beach.

Great stay! I loved the hotel facilities and the location was perfect - only a few minutes' walk to the beach and walking street by baht bus. The hotel was incredibly clean and the staff was very friendly. this was a wonderful place to stay.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

You get the value as you pay for. Room was clean and OK. Pity I miss the breakfast, it's only served before 11 a.m.
Not the same as the pictures offers. You have no view to the sea. In front now they build a new hotel, so it was very noisy.
